Eligibility Requirements

Product Information & Availability

3.1 Technical Specifications: We strive to display product specifications accurately, but the actual appearance, weight, and performance of bows may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes and material batches. Bow draw weights are measured at standard draw lengths; actual draw weight may vary based on your specific draw length.

3.2 Inventory: All product inventories change in real-time. Displayed stock status is for reference only; actual availability is subject to order confirmation. Custom bows and special configuration products may require additional production time (typically 1-3 weeks).

3.3 Pricing: All prices are in [Currency], excluding shipping, duties, and taxes. We reserve the right to adjust prices due to supplier changes, exchange rate fluctuations, or errors. Orders placed with pricing errors may be canceled.

Orders & Payments

5.3 Receipt Responsibility: Once products are delivered to the carrier, shipping risk transfers to you. You are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Reshipping costs due to address errors are your responsibility.

Returns & Refunds

Product Use & Safety

7.2 Prohibited Actions: Strictly prohibited: (a) modifying bows beyond manufacturer specifications; (b) using damaged or defective equipment; (c) shooting arrows at people or animals (except legal hunting); (d) using bows under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

7.3 Age Restrictions: Minors should use bows under adult supervision. We do not sell bows to individuals below legal age.

Intellectual Property
