Returns & Refunds Policy

Applicable to: All recurve bows, traditional bows, archery equipment, and related accessories purchased from Our Store.


1. Return & Exchange Eligibility Window

  • Unused Items: Eligible for return or exchange within 60 days of the delivery date.

  • Defective Items: Items with material or workmanship defects under normal use are covered by warranty terms.

  • Custom/Bespoke Items: Items customized to personal specifications (e.g., bow risers, limbs measured for specific draw weight/length) are FINAL SALE unless a manufacturing defect is present.


2. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

✅ Accepted:

  • Item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

  • Item received differs from what was ordered.

  • Item damaged during transit (evidence must be provided within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Standard, non-custom item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

❌ Not Accepted:

  • Incorrect size selection due to customer measurement error.

  • Items that have been used, installed, assembled, or modified.

  • Damage resulting from improper use, storage, or maintenance.

  • Personal protective equipment (e.g., arm guards, finger tabs) for hygiene reasons.

  • Opened consumables (e.g., bowstrings).

  • Clearance or "as-is" items (if clearly marked).


3. Product-Specific Guidelines

Bow Products (Recurve, Traditional):

  • Bow risers and limbs must be unused and uninstalled.

  • Incorrect limb poundage selection is not considered a product defect.

  • Minor grain or finish variations in wood/laminate risers are natural characteristics, not defects.

Archery Accessories & Equipment:

  • Sights, stabilizers, rests, etc., must be unused and uninstalled.

  • Items showing clear signs of installation (e.g., tool marks, adhesive residue) cannot be returned.

  • ARROWS are FINAL SALE for safety reasons once they leave our warehouse.


4. Return Process (Dropship & Standard Orders)

  1. Contact Us First: Email [bosenbows@bosenbows.com] or submit a request via our website contact form. Do not ship items back without authorization.

  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and clear photos/video evidence if applicable.

  3. Receive RMA: We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide the correct return shipping address. This is mandatory.

  4. Ship Item Back: Securely package the item, preferably in its original packaging, to prevent damage in transit. Include the RMA number inside the package.

  5. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the item within 3-5 business days.

  6. Resolution: Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or arrange for an exchange (subject to stock availability).


5. Fees & Refunds

  • Defective/Wrong Item: We will cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement.

  • Non-Defective Returns (Eligible): We will cover the cost of return shipping for eligible non-defective returns. A restocking fee may apply.

  • Refund Amount: The original item price. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 1-5 business days after approval. The time it takes for the credit to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's policies.


6. Warranty Information

  • BosenBows products typically carry a 2-year limited manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by unauthorized parties.

  • Specific warranty terms are subject to the individual policies of the brand manufacturers.


7. Safety Inspection Note

All returned archery equipment will undergo a thorough safety inspection. Returns will be rejected (and potentially sent back at the customer's expense) if we find:

  • Cracks, fractures, twists, or structural damage on bows or limbs.

  • Signs of excessive dry-firing or misuse.

  • Unauthorized modifications that create a safety hazard.


8. International Orders (Outside China)

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for international returns.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier service.

  • An RMA number is ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED before shipping any item back. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted at our warehouse.
